Automated Network Rollout

Have you observed?

  • Slow network rollout leading to delayed projects, higher costs and continued end-user disruption
  • High node integration failure rate tying up large number of resources in multiple checks and site visits
  • Growingly complex multi-vendor network and services resulting in many dependencies throughout projects

We’ve been supporting our customers to:

  • Succeed with complex rollout programs, keeping within costs and ensuring best end-user performance during rollout
  • Evolve towards “Zero Touch Integration”, automating and improving the success rate of the network rollout process
  • Succeed with network transformation programs, managing multi-vendor coexistence and network performance

Dejan Pantelic RIP (1982-2020)

It is with great sadness that we mourn the sudden passing of our colleague Dejan.

Dejan was born in Dubrovnik, Croatia – ex Yugoslavia, as the 1st of a family of two. Dejan moved to Serbia at the age of five, to city of Ivanjica – village of Radaljevo.

He was a brilliant student, but lost his father during his studies, and since that moment took care of his family, work and studies in parallel, but continued getting only the highest marks. Having graduated from the University of Belgrade in 2006 as one of the best in class, Dejan firstly joined Telekom Srbija, where he spent the major part of his career. He also worked on different projects for Ericsson around Europe, before becoming part of Aspire.

Dejan was a much-loved member of the Aspire tribe and was at the heart of many of our successes. Dejan shared his knowledge selflessly, allowing us to become a better company, our engineers to become better engineers and our clients to run better networks.

Dejan was a giver, and gave tirelessly to all who were fortunate to know him. We extend our deepest sympathy to Dejan’s heartbroken family – his wife Marija, and their three children Sara, Strahinja, Maša. May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

As Dejan would say: “Hey man, You know… Don’t worry!”
