5G RAN Integration Success Story

Project team success

Our client, a Tier-1 mobile operator in LATAM, is deploying 4G and 5G across the entire network to enhance coverage and improve user experience. Given the number of sites and layers to be integrated and the strict deadlines, a reliable partner with expertise in RAN Planning, Integration, and Optimization was needed. Aspire has been providing support to ensure seamless integration of new sites and carriers, while delivering performance within the customer’s defined targets.

The services Aspire delivers include a set of activities from the early design stage to the final site acceptance, starting with the site solution design and list of materials, proceeding with integration script creation, followed by commissioning and health checks, and concluding with site stability follow-up, initial tuning, and acceptance through KPIs and drive test validation.

Aspire established a multi-disciplinary team capable of meeting the customer’s requirements across the three main areas of the project (Planning, Integration, and Optimization). Combined with our software solutions, this approach enabled cost-effective and timely service delivery, allowing site planning, integration, and commissioning in less than 24 hours. The following solutions were adopted for each area:

The milestones achieved so far have very high customer satisfaction, particularly due to our ability to resolve bottlenecks efficiently throughout the process, and to the rapid site planning and activation in less than 24 hours – a significant improvement compared to other vendors, who typically require around 3 days. The demonstrated success of our collaboration resulted in the expansion of the regions awarded to Aspire, i.e., increasing the scope of the initial agreement.
