Winning the network performance benchmark

Aspire undertook a significant engagement with a local operation of a European Group Operator as part of a performance partnership program. The primary objective of the program was to provide extensive support to the Operator for their first-ever network performance benchmark run in the country. Aspire’s role included end-to-end performance optimization and detailed network expansion planning, striking the delicate balance between performance enhancement and optimal investments. 

The efforts put forth by our and the Group Operator teams yielded remarkable results. The client emerged victorious in the performance benchmark, which had a profound positive impact on their revenue in recent months. The Operator experienced a surge in net additions and a significant reduction in churn. The CEO of the Operator proudly expressed their satisfaction to the media, stating, “(…) being the best network influenced the transfer of users to our network, and we will justify that trust.“
